Can You Escape? – Malta are seeking to recruit an energetic, performance oriented Game Master / Front Desk Operator to join their fast growing team. As challenging, intriguing and captivating as it sounds, this role is not for the faint hearted!

 

The chosen candidate is expected to perform the following key tasks:-

• Monitor participants inside the escape rooms;
• Support participants with hints and tips when the need arises;
• Ensure effective time keeping within the escape activity;
• Resetting the rooms once the event is over.

 

This role will also involve client-facing\customer-care responsibilities including welcoming and hosting customers and participants, providing information about the game as well as leading them in and out of the escape rooms.

 

The successful candidate will possess an ‘A’ Level standard of education (or equivalent) in any two subjects. Previous experience (even as a customer) in similar escape attractions will be considered an asset. A team player with a do attitude, the chosen candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and well organized. Effective communication and customer-care skills are essential.

 

A clean police conduct and fluency in spoken and written English & Maltese are a must. Working hours are flexible.
