An escape game is a real-life experience where participants are locked in a room and must use elements of the room, the group’s collective logic, and wits to discover clues, solve puzzles, and escape the room within 60 minutes.

Postponements can only be accepted if we are notified 5 days prior to booking date. New date must be within 30 days from original booking date. Otherwise, deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Although not recommended, we can accept groups if their headcount exceeds the maximum by 1 person. The rate for the additional person is the same as the applicable rate for the maximum group size. Alternatively, you may book multiple different rooms at the same time such as to play simultaneously in multiple rooms.

You are always requested to be at our premises 15 minutes prior to your booking time. The 60-minute timer will strictly start at booking time. Entering the room late due to late arrival will result in shortened game time.

Yes! Please check our age policy! Showing up to your booking with minors that go against the age policy will result in denied entry, and no refund is due! Please check carefully BEFORE booking.

The event lasts 1Hr 15Minutes. This includes the time for a game briefing prior to the game, the actual escape room activity (60 minutes) and some time to take a group photo afterwards.

All our bookings are private. You will only be in the room with other members of your team.

Strictly not. You will be asked to leave your mobile phones / cameras in a locked cabinet prior to entering the room. It is important that what is inside the room is kept as a secret, in order for others to enjoy the experience.
