The chosen candidate is expected to perform the following key tasks:
Welcome participants as they enter the premises and host them all the way through the end of the experience.
Monitor / Support and Game Master the experience.
Resetting the rooms once the session is over.
This role will also involve client-facing\customer-care responsibilities including briefing participants, providing information about the game as well as leading them in and out of the escape rooms.
The successful candidate will possess an ‘A’ Level standard of education (or equivalent) in any two subjects. Previous experience (even as a player) in similar escape attractions will be considered an asset. A team player with a do attitude, the chosen candidate will be self-motivated, proactive and well organized. Effective communication and customer-care skills are essential.
A clean police conduct and fluency in spoken and written English & Maltese are a must. Working hours are flexible.
